With over 15 years of extensive experience, I provide therapeutic massage services tailored to the individual needs of each client. My practice encompasses deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, and trigger point therapy to effectively address chronic tension, stress, and physical imbalances. I am dedicated to the transformative power of intentional, focused touch, aiming not only to alleviate pain but also to restore harmony between the body and mind.

My professional journey began at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage (ITM), where...More I established a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and a variety of bodywork techniques. Since then, I have continually enhanced my expertise through ongoing education and clinical practice, developing a style that is intuitive, grounded, and results-driven.
