Hello everybody. I am Talia, and I am a professional massage therapist, yoga and meditation instructor.

I studied massage, yoga and meditation in India, China, Thailand and Bali and then mastered all over the world.

By my experience I came up with my own way of working with clients and found a harmonious combination to recharge the whole body and mind.

This is both physical and energy massage.

During the session, giving massage not only stretches and tones the muscles, but relieves tension in them, regulates metabolism, improves immunity, harmonizes the mind, body and soul, helps to get rid of negative energies accumulated in the organs.

The massage itself uses the basic methods and principles of classical, acupressure, Thai yoga massage, chiromassage, palsing techniques.
