For the last month I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage session 2x a week with Felix, an exceptional massage therapist who uses stretching, deep tissue massage, and hydrotherapy to create a truly rejuvenating and healing experience. On the first session he took the time to listen to my concerns and customize the session to address my specific needs. The sessions are absolutely amazing. Starting with gentle stretching to warm up my muscles and loosen any tension. This was followed by a deep tissue massage that worked out all the knots and kinks in my muscles. I was particularly impressed by his ability to apply the perfect amount of pressure, finding just the right balance between deep tissue work and relaxation. The hydrotherapy component of the session was an added bonus. The warm water jets helped to soothe my muscles and further enhance the massage experience. I felt like I was floating on a cloud by the end of the session. Overall, I cannot recommend Felix highly enough. His expertise in stretching, deep tissue massage, and hydrotherapy truly sets him apart. Felix is extremely professional, great at

I found Felix online and read consistent reviews on different platforms. Everyone mentioned how different his approach was to a massage and it really exceeded our expectations. He surprised with different techniques and machines that helped you relax, strengthen, and stretch. We are preparing to have knee surgery and he took that into account and helped with mobility and really strengthen the area. All in all it broke the stereotype of a massage and it felt more like a therapeutic massage. We will certainly book him again right after the surgery. “There’s massages and there’s therapeutic work. Felix delivered an Outstanding Therapeutic Bodywork and detailed educated explanations of my pain. I work with kids and elderly so my legs are taxed a lot and I didn’t understand why my leg muscles were always tight even with the stretching I do. Anyhow I felt instant flexibility post massage.
