Mobile massage, Reiki, and breathwork in beautiful picturesque Sadsburyville, PA, my home base. Let's help you commit to your well-being!
I travel to you and incorporate Reiki energy work from my 27 years practicing this therapeutic intuitive modality into all of my bodywork. I am also a certified Breathwork coach and meditation leader. My wish is to help all of my clients really start to listen to their bodies. Your body is the wisest messenger.
Swedish massage technique (using light,... moderate, and deep pressure) is used in all sessions. Use of the Hypervolt massage gun for targeted work provided upon request. And finally, facilitated stretching is utilized, as well. I provide my clients with a full body therapeutic massage that is effective on both physical and energetic levels. All from the comfort of your own home! Ask me about Reiki and energy work!
Because I pay very close attention to the specific needs of each client, no two bodywork sessions are ever the same. I am proudly committed to being a part of the overall wellness program of my clients.
