Overview

Relaxing techniques are a part of my massage service; I incorporate Swedish techniques that consist of short and long gliding strokes, kneading and shaking motions. In some cases, deep tissue massage is included. This helps you to unwind and release the stress in your body. This is one of the most effective approaches to relaxation.

When you receive a massage, it manages your stress at all levels, which contributes to but is not limited to: Enhances the quality of your...More sleep; provides you with more energy; increases circulation of your bodily fluids; and reduces general fatigue.

You have the option of using biotone gel or baby oil. There is also a bathroom that you can use before or after your massage.

My massage service is to provide anyone, regardless of clients' age, disability, body type, gender, gender identity, race, religion or belief or sexual orientation.
