With 10 years of massage therapy experience and a background in athletic training and corrective exercise, I have a deep understanding of muscle anatomy and the body’s needs. My intuitive approach allows me to tailor pressure and movement to address your specific concerns—whether it’s chronic pain, tension, or the need for relaxation.

I blend techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Trigger Point, Sports, Hot Stones, and Energy Work to create a personalized experience for each client. While my 90-minute massage is the most popular, I also offer 60-minute sessions. My practice is a safe, inclusive space where you can truly relax, rejuvenate, and unwind.
