Most of my clients are active and athletic and prefer deep tissue, cupping, scraping and stretching. I will focus on problem areas, range of motion and function. This massage can be painful and is not for people brand new to massage.
If you prefer a traditional relaxation massage I can do that as well. My pressure ranges from medium to deep tissue and can include hot stones, essential oils, cbd oil, and foot scrubs.
