I’m a professional massage therapist. My massage techniques include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, stretching, aromatherapy, percussive massage, cupping, hot stones, foot scrubs and body scrubs, reflexology, myofascial release (MFR)
Each session can include a combination of massage techniques. Before your session we will discuss your problem or focus areas, areas you prefer me to avoid or skip, and your likes and dislikes. I will then tailor a massage to meet your needs.
I...More start each session with some light myofascial techniques to warm the skin followed by your choice of my variety of unscented and hypoallergenic products such as biotone creme, biotone hypoallergenic lotion, massage gel, massage oil, and a variety of essential oils. I tend to go quiet as I flow into the massage but feel free to give feedback. If you prefer something different please ask. My rates are a straightforward flat rate based on scheduled session time.
