With over 15 years of hands-on experience, I offer therapeutic massage services that are customized to meet the unique needs of each client. My practice integrates deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, and trigger point therapy to effectively address chronic tension, stress, and physical imbalances. I am committed to the power of intentional, focused touch—not only to relieve pain but also to restore harmony between the body and mind.

I began my training at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage (ITM...More), where I built a solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and diverse bodywork techniques. Since then, I have continued to expand my expertise through ongoing education and clinical practice, refining a style that is intuitive, grounded, and results-oriented.

My philosophy is rooted in active listening—both to the client and to their body. Whether you are seeking recovery from an injury, relief from stress, or enhanced physical performance, my goal is to provide a safe, healing space where meaningful progress can take place.

I am a home-based practitioner located in Paterson, New Jersey, proudly serving clients throughout Passaic and Bergen County.
