The Brazilian Body Shape massage aims, in addition to eliminating fluid, stimulating blood circulation and metabolism, to reorganize the layers of fat, promoting harmonization of body contours through intense, and deep manual movements.

Each treatment is unique and...More tailored to the needs of each body. From an initial conversation aimed at understanding each person's health history and expectations, different techniques are combined during the session:
• Myofascial release: Eliminates deep muscle tension and trigger points, promoting pain relief and improved flexibility.
• Deep Tissue: Undoes chronic muscle contractures and improves blood circulation.
• Anmá: Japanese technique that combines massage, stretching, and pressure to relax the body and mind.
• Thai massage: Promotes flexibility, detoxification, and deep relaxation through stretching and relaxation.
• Cupping: A technique that uses special cups to stimulate blood circulation, relieve pain, and relax muscles.
• Shiatsu: Pressure on the body's energy points to promote energy balance and well-being.
