Intake/Consent: Clients are asked to complete health-related intake/informed consent forms to provide safe and tailored massage therapy sessions.

Services: I provide therapeutic/relaxation treatments ONLY.

Insurance: Superbills can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement. Clients should provide massage referrals with diagnosis codes before their session.

Arrival/Parking: Please arrive on time (not earlier than ten minutes prior), and park in the left or center-most space of my 3-car driveway.
