Deep tissue, sports, Esalen, Tigger Point, myo-facial release, Cranio-sacral, Polarity therapy and Reiki are all integrated into each session depending on what your body's needs are; whether you are needing to relax and reset, work out knarly knots or to Balance and shift energies.
