I’ve been doing massage for over 17 years and still love it! I help active, health conscious people counteract poor posture, muscle fatigue and mental exhaustion by providing a combination of deep tissue therapy and relaxation techniques to bring back vitality, circulation and flexibility.
In todays world it’s easy to allow our busy schedules to take away from our time for self care. I believe pain prevention is the best way to deal with life’s busy demands.
