Overview

I perform long, deep and soothing massage strokes to help alleviate any sore muscles and built up tension. I also perform stretching bodywork techniques in the hip and shoulder joints to help increase flexibility and create a greater range of motion. Clients tend to leave their session feeling extremely relaxed and free with easier movement and less tension.

Ive trained in many different modalities such as swedish relaxation, deep tissue, sports, trigger point just to name a few, and can...More customize each session to fit each individuals needs.
