Restorative, full-body massage for men seeking relief, connection, and a deeper reset in Los Angeles.

Arrive tense, sore, depleted, or simply ready to let go. From there, I tailor the session to what your body is asking for. My work combines focused pressure, long flowing strokes, intuitive pacing, attentive touch, and a continuous sense of movement from head to feet. Drawing from Esalen bodywork, I also incorporate healing energy to encourage deep relaxation and a more grounded sense of balance.

Here’s what to expect:

• We begin with a short conversation about what your body needs and how you would like to feel by the end of the session.
• Pressure, depth, rhythm, and pace are adapted throughout the massage based on your preferences and your body’s responses.
• The session may gradually build energy and intensity before easing into deep relaxation.
• Hot stones are available upon request.
• Natural oil and oil-free options are both available.
