I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over eight years, with a background in fitness and a strong understanding of how the body moves, recovers, and responds to stress.

My approach is intuitive and attentive. No two bodies are the same, so no two sessions should feel exactly the same. I blend deep tissue, Swedish massage, percussion therapy, stretching, and focused bodywork based on what I feel your body needs. The Active Buddy training

I also offer fitness training, called the Active Buddy training. Instead of standing on the sidelines and only telling you what to do, I personally join you during your workout. I demonstrate the movements, complete the exercises alongside you, and lead through action.

Working beside you provides accountability, It helps you show up consistently, maintain your pace, and finish what you started.
