I am a licensed energy healer, bodywork therapist, movement specialist, and wellness educator with more than 13 years of professional experience providing therapeutic bodywork and movement-based wellness services. Each session is customized to address the client's individual needs through a combination of established massage techniques and complementary wellness practices.

Services include Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, assisted stretching, cupping therapy, Graston Technique, ultrasound therapy, body exfoliation treatments, and Reiki energy sessions. Treatments are... designed to help reduce muscular tension, improve joint mobility, support flexibility, encourage relaxation, and promote overall physical wellness.

I emphasizes professional care, client comfort, and personalized treatment. Services are provided in a safe, professional environment with the goal of supporting mobility, relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness through therapeutic bodywork and complementary wellness practices.
