I’ve tried quite a few massage therapists over the years, and this session genuinely stood out. The massage felt very personalized and intentional from start to finish. You can tell right away you’re working with someone who has a deep understanding of the body, muscle tension, recovery, and overall wellness.
I originally booked because I had a lot of tightness in my shoulders, lower back, and hips from stress and long work days. The pressure was perfect, the communication was professional, and the session helped release tension I’d been carrying for a long time.
What I appreciated most was that it didn’t feel like a generic massage at all. The work felt targeted, therapeutic, and relaxing at the same time. I left feeling lighter, more mobile, and genuinely refreshed afterward. I even noticed I slept much better that night.
Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve ever had and I’ll absolutely be booking again.
