Overview

My massage practice in Los Angeles gives you time to stop rushing, release tension, and feel rested and comfortable again.

Your session is built around you. We begin with a short conversation about what you need, the pressure you like, and any health concerns. I then use slow Swedish massage to ease tension and help your whole body settle. I watch how your muscles respond and adjust the pressure as we go, so the massage stays comfortable from start to... finish.

If you enjoy stronger pressure, I can add deep tissue, myofascial, or trigger point work where you need it most. Active clients can choose a sports recovery session. On tired days, an energizing session can help you feel refreshed.

If you are new to massage, I will explain everything before we begin, and you can ask any questions about your session. You are welcome to chat or stay quiet.

I have practiced massage since 2020, and I do not work on the head or neck. I believe great massage comes from patience, respect, and careful listening. My goal is for you to leave calmer and lighter than you arrived. LGBT clients and all other clients are welcome.
