Welcome to my massage pracice! For 9 years i continue to look forward to each and ever massage.
Since 2017 I've worked with hundreds of people across thousands of sessions , athletes, desk workers, people carrying stress they didn't even realize was living in their bodies. What I've learned is that good bodywork isn't about technique alone. It's about actually listening, to what you say, and to what your body is telling me while you're on the table.

My background spans nine years of hands-on practice, CAMTC certification, AMTA membership, a foundation in Jiu-Jitsu and movement mechanics, and recent training in somatic and soul-centered therapy. That last part matters to me — because I believe the body holds more than just muscle tightness. Real healing is cumulative. My job is to support that process, not just give you an hour of relief.
