Philosophy:
Effective bodywork begins with understanding that lasting relief requires more than surface-level treatment. I approach every session by addressing the underlying sources of tension, pain, and dysfunction — recognizing that the body, mind, and nervous system function as one interconnected system. True restoration means treating the whole person, not just the symptom.
