Sessions begin with a check-in to determine how we best use the table time to meet your goals followed with frequent assessments for pressure and technique as we progress.
My therapeutic bodywork style includes elements of stretching, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and embodied breathing with a focus on your comfort.
I offer my services to any gender, orientation, and body composition. You bring you; I will bring skilled hands and kindness.
Texts are preferred.
My studio space is accessed as a second floor walk up.
