Overview

Thanks for visiting my profile. I'm a former professional dancer turned full-time bodyworker and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with a studio space near downtown Columbus, Ohio. I've spent six years developing an approach to massage shaped by a career of studying movement from functional and aesthetic perspectives.

We're a few months into the year, but it's never too late to build a self-care routine that truly helps you. I offer a range of styles, from therapeutic to sports massage, with... fully adjustable pressure and techniques tailored to what your body needs that day. Whether you're managing tension, recovering from a workout, or simply carving out time for yourself, each session is designed around you.

My downtown Columbus studio is private, fully furnished, and designed for you in mind — with non-scented oils, a heated table, and easy access via free street parking or nearby paid lots.

I'm a lifelong learner with a graduate degree and love to to chat about travel. My work is shaped by a passion for the human body and how it carries us through the world.

New and regular massage goers are warmly welcomed. Please note that a brief phone call is required before your first booking.
