Thanks for visiting my profile! I'm a former classically trained professional dancer turned full-time bodyworker and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I operate out of two studio spaces: my main studio in downtown Columbus, OH, and a secondary space in Louisville, KY. Over the past six-plus years, I've developed an approach to massage shaped by a dance career spent studying movement from functional and aesthetic perspectives, as well as anatomy and alignment from my yoga teacher training. I'm a lifelong learner...More with a graduate degree, and enjoy chatting about travel. My work is shaped by a curiosity about the human body and how we move through the world.
Both studio spaces are fully furnished and offer an end-to-end comfortable experience. My Columbus studio has paid street and lot parking, and my Louisville location has free lot parking.

I offer a range of session styles, from therapeutic to sports massage, with fully adjustable pressure levels and techniques tailored to what your body needs. Whether you're managing tension or recovering from workouts, each session is designed around you.
