Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience offering therapeutic, results-focused bodywork in Orlando. My work is designed to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support the body in functioning more efficiently. Veteran-owned and operated practice. Sessions are professional, respectful, and tailored to the needs of each client.

Techniques may include Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretch Therapy, Sports Massage, and Structural Energetic Therapy (S.E.T.). Session may incorporate recovery tools such as cupping or other supportive... modalities, as needed.
