Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience offering therapeutic, results-focused bodywork in Orlando. My work is designed to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support the body in functioning more efficiently.

Sessions are customized based on what your body is presenting that day. Techniques may include Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretch Therapy, Sports Massage, and Structural Energetic Therapy (S.E.T.). When appropriate, sessions may also incorporate recovery... tools such as cupping or other supportive modalities.

My approach is focused, thoughtful, and therapeutic. The work can be deep, but unnecessary pain is never the goal. The intention is to help the body release tension patterns, restore movement, and support lasting change over time.
