Overview

With a foundation in Swedish and deep tissue massage, I focus on helping clients release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with their bodies. My bodywork is adaptable and intuitive. Whether you need slow, flowing relaxation or deeper, more targeted pressure, I tailor every session to what your body responds to best.

As part of my studies, I spent time in more than 30 countries, learning firsthand how different cultures approach healing, touch, and relaxation. Those experiences shaped the way...More I work today: grounded, thoughtful, and always tuned into the person in front of me.

Sessions are available in your home or in my private studio, designed to give you a calm, comfortable space to unwind. For clients wanting something more immersive, I also offer four-hand massage and couples massage (coordinated, balanced sessions that deepen relaxation and create a shared sense of ease). My goal is simple: offer bodywork that leaves you feeling lighter, restored, and genuinely cared for.
