Overview

I am a certified Clinical Massage Therapist located in Baltimore city center and trained in advanced manual therapy techniques developed in Spain. My practice blends expertise, anatomical knowledge, and precision to help relieve pain, ease muscle tension, and restore balance throughout the body.

I provide both full-body relaxation massages and focused therapeutic sessions. Full-body treatments address key areas—including the neck, shoulders, arms, lower back, and legs—promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall rejuvenation.

Targeted sessions concentrate on specific regions such... as the cervical spine, shoulders, or lumbar area to relieve persistent tension, improve posture, and alleviate discomfort.

My approach is highly personalized: every session is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, whether that’s managing pain, recovering from injury, enhancing mobility, or supporting general wellness. I emphasize safety, comfort, and professionalism in every appointment.

Each session offers a chance to restore your body, relax your mind, and elevate your overall well-being.

Glen was phenomenal! He was incredibly proficient and knowledgeable in his craft. We had an initial chat to distinguish his services, which was very insightful and appreciated. Glen is great! Communicating with him via text and phone is easy, and he's professional, polite, and responsive. His location is in a beautiful and historic part of Baltimore (parking was easy and quick) and he has a great setup.
About the massage for 90 minutes, he is a well-trained masseur and is great at targeting tense muscles (even ones I didn't know were tense). I left with less discomfort, better mobility, and very relaxed. He is warm, straight-forward, charming, pleasant, and sincere. Glen is a real find, and I cannot wait to see him again in the near future.
