I’m a certified massage therapist (CAMTC #9219) with over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic bodywork tailored to each client. My sessions integrate Swedish, deep tissue, and energy-based techniques to support relaxation, reduce tension, and restore overall balance.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing involves both the body and the mind. I’ve continued my education in breathwork and somatic practices to deepen my approach and ensure each session is intentional, safe, and effective.
