I’m a mature massage professional ( spa quality tailored to you) who will listen to you and your body to create the right mix that relaxes, refreshes, rejuvenates. I specialize in trigger point and relaxation massage. With schooling from San Diego’s International College of Holistic Studies, Tempes - SWIHA along with various courses in Cheng Mai Thailand and Puna India- I have much experience to offer you with a great detox, relaxation massage.
I also owned and ran yoga studios for a decade so yoga teaching is also available.
