My deeply intuitive, highly honed, one of a kind body and energy work sessions commence with an opening Ritual followed by my unique blend of breath work, compressions, and rocking to bring your body into a deep state of relaxation prior to my restorative massage.

In addition to areas of the body worked in traditional massage, my body work also includes the scalp, ears, face, chest, abdomen, hips, and thighs.

I also work with Energy and clear stagnation bringing balance...More to the body, mind, and spirit.

Also included is the use of warm/cool towels, crystals, essential oils, flowers, chimes, and the like.
