I combine Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Acupressure, and Thai-style stretches to gently release tension and restore balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Each session ends with a Double Tibetan Sound Bowl Journey—a meditative sounds experience that guides you into deep Theta rest. It’s often the first time clients feel truly safe to let go.
