I offer professional massage therapy and therapeutic bodywork with sessions tailored to stress relief, muscle tension, mobility, and overall wellness. My massage sessions combine Swedish relaxation, deep tissue work, Thai-inspired stretching, sports recovery techniques, aromatherapy, and gentle lymphatic-style bodywork when appropriate.

My training and over a decade of hands-on experience inform a calm, attentive approach that balances technical skill with clear communication. Each session begins with your goals for the day, whether you need focused work on tight shoulders and... back, recovery after training, or a full-body reset.
