Welcome. I’m Kitt, a massage therapist in Midtown East, near Grand Central in New York City. I offer restorative massage therapy in a calm, quiet studio setting focused on helping you feel better in your body. With more than 10 years of experience, I provide therapeutic bodywork to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, improve mobility, and support overall wellness. Each session is customized to your needs, whether you are dealing with chronic tightness, postural strain, or you simply want to... reset and recharge.

My work includes Swedish massage for relaxation, deep tissue techniques to address stubborn knots and muscular restriction, Thai massage for assisted stretching and alignment, and sports massage to support training recovery and injury prevention. I also offer aromatherapy with essential oils for a grounded, calming experience, and lymphatic drainage as a gentle option to support circulation.
