Overview

My approach to massage has been shaped by training and experience in both Sydney, Australia and Tokyo, Japan.

I began my training in Sydney, earning a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the NSW School of Therapeutic Massage, where I studied anatomy and physiology, remedial and Swedish massage, aromatherapy, and completed extensive clinical training. I later continued my education in Tokyo, studying Japanese Shiatsu, which deepened my understanding of touch, pressure, movement, and the body.

Today, I combine these approaches to...More create a massage that is tailored to each person. I work with clients experiencing muscle tension, neck and shoulder tightness, back discomfort, stiffness, physical fatigue, and stress, as well as those simply looking for time to relax and unwind.

While therapeutic and deeper work can be an important part of a session, relaxation is equally central to my practice. I believe massage should leave you feeling both physically cared for and mentally refreshed. Depending on what you need, I can incorporate focused remedial work, deeper pressure, flowing Swedish techniques, or elements of Shiatsu.

I adjust the pressure and pace throughout the treatment, creating a calm experience where you can switch off, release tension, and reconnect with your body.
