I am a certified Thai masseuse, trained in Thailand, and I approach bodywork with a deep sense of intention and mindfulness. My training includes traditional Thai massage techniques, which incorporate gentle stretches, acupressure, and energy work, aimed at restoring balance and promoting overall well-being. I also teach qigong meditation, which helps cultivate inner peace and enhances the healing process.
