Happy New Year! I am a dedicated Massage Therapist with over 5 years of experience. I am new to the Midwest and moved here in June 2024 from Sacramento, California. I am a genuine and kind sun seeker, marathoner, CrossFitter, swimmer, yogi, and 8-year leukemia cancer survivor.

My practice focuses on intuitive, targeted massage techniques to address areas of tension and promote overall wellness. From the moment I arrived, Rios made the entire experience exceptional. His studio was easy to find, and Rios greeted me at the door with a warm welcome. The space was immaculate, with soothing lighting, gentle music, and a heated massage table that made everything feel incredibly comfortable.

What I especially appreciated was how Rios took the time to sit with me before the session to discuss my specific problem areas and understand where my stress and pain were coming from. Throughout the massage, Rios checked in several times to make sure the pressure was just right, which made a big difference.

I’ve been struggling with sciatic nerve pain for the past year, and this was the first time I’ve felt true relief — immediately after the session, the pain was significantly improved. Rios was kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping me feel better.

This was a top-notch massage that not only relieved pain but also worked out the knots in my back. I’ll certainly be booking again and look forward to seeing Rios soon. He is by far one of the best in Chicago!

The massage was excellent and professional. Rios started by asking me what I was looking to get out of the massage, some history, and any trouble areas to work on. During the massage, he focused on the areas that we discussed. The pressure and technique were great, and he checked several times to make sure things were okay. His studio is relaxing, and I felt very comfortable. Would definitely see him again for another massage.
