With over 21 years of massage experience, I blend deep tissue (for targeted relief) with slow, restorative Swedish work (that settles the mind and softens the body). My bodywork is intuitive, grounded, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe meaningful human touch is essential to well-being, and every massage is crafted to help you unwind, release, and reconnect with yourself.
