I am a licensed massage therapist (License #69650) located in Laguna Niguel. I specialize in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction, soft tissue restrictions, and performance-related imbalances. My practice emphasizes targeted, results-driven bodywork designed to support injury recovery, enhance mobility, and optimize physical performance.
In addition to my primary modalities, I incorporate Swedish Massage to promote circulation and parasympathetic nervous system activation. I also utilize Cupping Therapy and IASTM (scraping tools)...More to address fascial adhesions and stagnation.

About Me: I am a practicing Massage Therapist for 10 Years and received my Education from National Holistic Institute for Massage Therapy and Health Educator in 2016 and in addition received a Bachelors of Science at Cal State Fullerton in Kinesiology.
