I am a certified naturopathic practitioner with training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Breathwork, and Aromatherapy. With years of hands-on experience, I’ve also facilitated retreats, helping hundreds of individuals manage stress, anxiety, panic disorders, and more. My approach centers around promoting holistic wellness through natural methods, with a focus on addressing the unique needs of each client.
