With over 10 years of experience in massage therapy in New York, I am deeply passionate about helping people restore their body balance and live pain-free lives.

I graduated from the Wat Pho Thai Traditional Massage School in Thailand, one of the most respected institutions for authentic Thai massage. Later, I continued my education in muscle therapy and anatomy here in New York to combine traditional Thai wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques.

I truly believe that muscle... pain doesn’t only affect the body it also impacts the mind and daily happiness. When our muscles are tense or overworked, we lose energy, focus, and peace of mind. That’s why caring for your body is not a luxury, but a way to maintain long-term health and balance.
