Hello everyone!! I work in Santa Monica and Irvine.
A good massage involves gentle techniques applied with the right amount of pressure to relax muscles and relieve tension. I start with gentle strokes to warm up the muscles, then apply deeper pressure to areas of tension. I always use oil or lotion to facilitate movements and make the experience more pleasant. The environment is also important, a quiet room, soft music and relaxing lighting can contribute to a more effective massage.
