Relaxation/Spa includes-- Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, & Reki
Medical/Therapeutic/Orthopedic includes--Myofascial Release/Stretching, PNF Stretching, Trager Approach, Muscle Energy Technique/Stretching, Position Release, and Physiokinetic
Other massage styles that can be considered both relaxation and medical includes--Deep Tissue and Craniosacral Therapy.
