Outcall only. Offering relaxing up to more intense deep tissue/ sports massage. My focus is on helping the body heal itself by gently working the tissues into relaxation. Ask about the discount for multiple massages per week. Also offer fitness/resistance/weight training sessions. I have a sports background and have closely worked under a Division I strength coach for 3 years. Ive also worked in many gym settings as a fitness trainer. Please come to your session well hydrated

Tom was very easy to schedule with for mobile sports massage. He was on time and well prepared. He checked in often on desired pressure etc. His depth is what any athlete would want and more. He knows exactly trigger points to hit and worth through thoroughly without feeling rushed. This is a true sports session yet relaxing enough I fell asleep at some points. The perfect balance.
