I'm a NYS licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher & energy worker. I've been working in the health & wellness field for 23 years. I offer an intuitive session combining disciplines of deep tissue, myofascial release, triggerpoint therapy, Shiatsu, Swedish, Thai & energy balancing. I'm sensitive yet very strong. I customize the session based on what you need. Therapeutic massage only. The body tells a story, my job is to listen. It's not just a massage, it's an experience.
