My unique massage is a blend of Deep Tissue, Swedish & Stretching with influences from Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai, Trigger Point, Sports, Positional Release, Trager, and Energy Work. I call it Intuitive Touch. Sessions last about ninety minutes depending on the needs of your body.

Over the years I've collected a playlist of more than 1500 relaxing, soft & enjoyable songs that I put on shuffle...so every massage feels a little different as I let the music guide my hands, arms, elbows, feet & body during the dance of massaging YOU on my HEATED table with seasonal essential oils! This is a SAFE PLACE for everyone regardless of gender, ethnicity, size, capabilities or sexual preference.
