Overview

I have been a Massage Therapist since 2008 when I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in San Jose, California. I have worked in Spas, Fitness Clubs, with Chiropractors, and most recently doing medical massage at Northwestern Medicine's Osher Center. Now I work out of my own private, at-home studio space in Uptown, Chicago. With excellent clinical training and 15,000 hours of hands-on experience, I am one of the best massage therapists you will find in Chicago.

Utilizing primarily Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, and Joint Mobilization techniques to address acute and chronic issues of pain and tension, as well as sessions of purely relaxation work to address stress and anxiety. I also offer pre-massage full body stretch sessions. For acute and chronic edema, ask me about lymphatic drainage sessions.

Additional modalities I have trained in, many of which I incorporate into my sessions: Prenatal Massage, Shiatsu, Thai, Active Release, Reflexology, Rocking and Shaking, Sports Massage.
