I believe quality massage work is an invaluable investment in maintaining and extending health and wellness. My goal is to have clients feel their best with routine bodywork so they can continue to excel at work and maintain active lifestyles. As we age, most of us experience aches and pains from: sitting at desks all day, repetitive work place/sports injuries, spending hours in cars commuting and stress.

I tailor each massage to address the specific issues clients are having...More by combining different massage techniques in a thoughtful and fluid way based on my years of studying not only massage, but the role the nervous system and stress have in causing aches and pains. My studio is calm, quiet and relaxing with a padded, heated table, Brooks Brothers and Calvin Klein linens, euphonious healing music, aromatherapy, a wood fire during cold months and candles during warm months.
