I work out 4-5X a week, which involves running about 12-15 miles a week. I started having pain in one of my hips, which was muscular in nature and realized I needed to find a massage and bodywork therapist and needed to incorporate a stretching regimen into my weekly routine to compliment my work outs.
I was recommended to Anna and have been going to her for a year and she has helped me to become more limber, has helped me eliminate the pain in my hip and has been pivotal in helping me work through shoulder and neck injuries. I really think she has helped me recover from sports related injuries faster and more importantly will help me keep from getting injured by keeping my musculature balanced and limber. If you are older, very fit and want to stay that way her stretch therapy should be part of your weekly schedule.

I have been searching for a massage therapist that is able to help me with my back problems. I have been struggling with recovering from back surgery I had and the physical demands of work. I finally found Anna...thank god. She has helped me tremendously in the short time I have visited her. Her studio is very clean, she is very experienced and knows what she is doing. My experience with Anna was exactly what I needed and I would highly recommend her for anybody in need of feeling better. 10 out of 10 look no further.
