Overview

I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 13 years and prior working in the health and wellness community for 20 years. Schooling originally at NHI in California and since studying under multiple programs and therapists. What I have found, like many other therapists have, is massage is not a one size fits all. One of the main reasons why I have continued my education in bodywork learning different techniques/forms would be that I always come across clients...More that need something different from the last. What to expect in a session is prior to the session starting is a intake with me to go over what you are coming to me for as I believe a session should be customized to the best of my own abilities to address the needs of the client. I go over the techniques I will most likely be using during the session, however if a client requests a particular form of bodywork I offer I’m happy to stick to that for them.
