Overview

I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 13 years and prior working in the health and wellness community for 20 years in the Bay Area. I have recently relocated to the Portland area in Gresham and currently have an open practice and taking new clients.

Schooling originally at NHI in California and since studying under multiple programs and therapists. What I have found, like many other therapists have, is massage is not a one size fits all. One... of the main reasons why I have continued my education in bodywork and learning different techniques/forms would be I always come across clients that need something different from the last.

What to expect when seeing me would be prior to the session starting is a intake with me to go over what you are coming to me for as I believe a session should be customized to the best of my own abilities to address the needs of the client. I go over the techniques I will most likely be using during the session. If a client requests a particular form of bodywork I am more than happy to offer that to them.

I always look forward to my sessions with Christopher, it feels like massage therapy for my soul. He helped me recover from a lengthy hospitalization during which I had become too weak to get out of bed. Christopher helped me to not only make progress but track that progress so I could feel empowered. He is the only Therapist I feel comfortable massaging my kids; I know they look forward to their sessions as well.

Christopher is an intuitive massage therapist who is so thorough and helpful!! I leave each session feeling renewed and invigorated with better mobility in my upper back and improved range of motion.
