Overview
My massage helps you relieve pain, manage health & medical conditions, and increase flexibility and joint mobility. Helps promote relaxation, and calm your nerves, lower your stress hormones, slow breathing, and rejuvenate your spirit. I work individually with each client and their body area that they want to heal, back, arms, chest, legs, feet etc. I work with coconut oil that is neutral to all skin allergies (if you have any) and I offer a handmade body scrub upon request, made from sugar, coffee, and coconut oil.
