Overview

I am a certified and licensed massage therapist, trained on different techniques and massage modalities to reduce pain, reduce tension, improve movement, improve flexibility (these may be general or to a specific area), relaxation, improve energy levels, and decrease stress levels; more than a massage is an Amazing Experience!!
My goal is to provide a Therapeutic massage where through manipulation of soft tissue, the body can bring by itself improvements in health, healing and well-being overall.
